How it works

One workflow for buyers and suppliers.

Here is exactly what happens from the moment you upload a drawing to the moment a vendor wins the order.

For organizations

Step 1
Register your organization

Enter your company and admin details. We e-mail a 6-digit code to verify the address; once verified your workspace opens with starter masters and 10 free AI credits.

Step 2
Tune your rate masters

Adjust machine hourly rates, process prices and material costs to match your shop or market. Set overhead and margin once in Settings.

Step 3
Invite your vendors

Create a shareable invite link or e-mail invitations. Suppliers register, verify by OTP and add their own machines and processes. Existing vendor records are claimed automatically when e-mails match.

Step 4
Upload a drawing

Drop PDF drawings, photos, DXF, STEP, STL or IGES files, add notes such as material or hardness, and generate the estimate. It uses 1 credit; failed runs are refunded.

Step 5
Review the process plan

Check material, weights, operations, setup and cycle times. Edit anything, add missing rates to your masters in one click, and the cost recalculates.

Step 6
Request quotes

Click “Request quotes”. Drawings attach automatically and the vendors whose capabilities cover the job are pre-selected. Set a deadline and send — vendors are notified by e-mail.

Step 7
Compare & award

Quotes arrive in a side-by-side table with price, tooling, lead time, rating and % vs your target. Chat per vendor, then award — the winner and the others are informed automatically.

For vendors

Step 1
Receive an invitation

A customer shares an invite link or sends an RFQ to your e-mail.

Step 2
Register & verify

Create your free vendor account and confirm your e-mail with a one-time code. Already registered with another customer? Just sign in — one login covers all.

Step 3
Add capabilities

Complete your company profile once. Add the machines and processes you offer for each customer — or copy them from another customer.

Step 4
Quote online

Open the request, download drawings, ask questions in the thread, and submit price, tooling, lead time, validity and your quotation PDF. Revise until the deadline.

Step 5
Get the result

You’re notified by e-mail and in the portal when you win or aren’t selected. Your history and win rate across all customers stay in one place.

Life of an RFQ

Every status, and who hears about it

Sent
Vendor gets an e-mail and a portal notification. Vendors not yet on the portal get a link to register and see the request.
Viewed
You can see when each vendor opened the request.
Clarified
Messages go both ways in a per-vendor thread, each one e-mailed to the other side.
Quoted
You’re notified of every quote and revision, with price and lead time.
Awarded
The winner is congratulated; others who quoted are told politely they weren’t selected.
Declined / cancelled
Vendors can decline with a reason; if you cancel, every vendor is informed.
How costing works

Transparent maths on every line

Hour rate
rate × cycle min ÷ 60 per piece, plus rate × setup min ÷ 60 once per batch
Kg rate
rate × weight — blank weight for casting/forging, finished weight otherwise
Piece / lot
flat per piece, or once per order
Per piece
material + processes + (setup & lot ÷ qty), then overhead %, then margin %
