Privacy policy

What we collect
- Account data: name, e-mail, phone, job title, company details and a hashed password.
- Business data: drawings, CAD files, estimates, rate masters, vendor records, RFQs, quotations and messages.
- Technical data: IP address and timestamps for security logs, sign-in attempts and one-time codes.
How we use it
- To provide the Service: estimates, vendor matching, RFQs and notifications.
- To verify e-mail addresses with one-time codes and protect accounts.
- To send service e-mails such as new quote requests, messages, awards and credit updates.
AI processing
Files you submit for estimation are sent to the AI provider configured by the platform operator (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI) solely to generate the estimate.
Who can see what
- Your organization’s data is visible only to your organization’s users.
- RFQ details and drawings are visible to the vendors you invite to that RFQ.
- A vendor’s company profile is shared with the organizations that vendor connects to.
- Platform administrators may access data to provide support and operate the Service.
Retention & deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. Organization admins can delete estimates, vendors and files; to delete an entire organization or vendor account, contact us.
Security
Passwords are hashed, forms are CSRF-protected, repeated failed sign-ins are locked, RFQ files are stored outside the public web folder and every request is checked against your organization.
