Terms of service

1. The service

MagnusEngitech provides AI-assisted cost estimation, vendor management, requests for quotation (RFQs) and a vendor portal (“the Service”) to organizations (“Customers”) and their suppliers (“Vendors”).

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and verify your e-mail address.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
• Organization admins are responsible for the users they add.

3. Estimates are guidance

Estimates are generated automatically from uploaded files and your rate masters. They are approximations and must be reviewed by a qualified person before commercial use. MagnusEngitech is not liable for decisions made on the basis of estimates.

4. Credits

AI estimates consume credits as shown in the application. Credits are refunded automatically when an AI run fails. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, credits are non-refundable once used.

5. RFQs and quotations

Quotations submitted by Vendors are offers made directly to the Customer. Any resulting contract, purchase order, delivery or payment is solely between the Customer and the Vendor.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of drawings, files and data you upload. You grant MagnusEngitech the rights needed to host, process (including by AI providers selected by the platform operator) and display that content to authorized users.

7. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing or malicious content or files.
• No attempts to access other organizations’ data or to disrupt the Service.
• No uploading of files you are not authorized to share with vendors.

8. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or have unpaid balances, and will try to give notice where reasonable.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
